1. General Provisions and Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 4dyes2 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms govern all aspects of using the 4dyes2 platform, including access to the website, mobile applications, gaming services, bonus system, and all interactions with our customer support.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to register only one (1) account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual or on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate and complete, including:

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4dyes2 offers a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except those involving cryptocurrency.

Transaction Limits and Timeframes:

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your account balance to RM220. The wagering requirement to meet is RM120 × 25 = RM3,000.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, converted to cash, or used to meet withdrawal requirements directly without first fulfilling the wagering conditions.
• 4dyes2 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and all related winnings if misuse is found to have occurred.
• All promotions have a set validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be recovered.

6. Player Conduct and Prohibited Use

You agree to use the 4dyes2 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting technical errors, software malfunctions, or odds inconsistencies that are clearly unintentional.

Players who close their accounts for responsible gambling reasons may choose to activate voluntary self-exclusion.
